The terms for using the Ngoendang Nikah (Ngoenik) digital wedding invitation service, from accounts, packages, and payments to invitation content.

These Terms of Service govern the use of the Ngoendang Nikah(“Ngoenik”, “we”) service through ngoenik.com and its subdomains. By creating an account, ordering a package, or using our service, you confirm that you have read and agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our service.

1. The service

We provide a platform for creating and sharing template-based digital wedding invitations, with features such as online RSVP, countdown, photo gallery, background music, and venue map. The features available depend on the package you choose.

2. Accounts

  • You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
  • You are responsible for keeping access to your account confidential and for all activity that takes place in it.
  • Contact us promptly if you suspect your account is being used without permission.

3. Packages, prices, and payment

  • The price and details of each package are listed in the Packages & Pricing section. Prices and promotions may change at any time, but changes do not apply to orders that have already been paid.
  • Payment is made once, in advance, according to the package chosen.
  • Package features become active once we have received and verified your payment.

4. Invitation active period

  • The active period is counted from the moment an invitation is published, with a duration that depends on the package you bought.
  • After the active period ends, guests can no longer open the invitation link. The invitation data remains stored in your account.
  • An invitation can be reactivated by upgrading to a higher package.

5. Cancellations and refunds

Because our service is a digital product that can be used immediately after payment, successful payments are in principle non-refundable. If you run into a problem, for example a duplicate charge or a service you cannot use because of an error on our side, contact us so we can help find a solution.

6. Your content

  • All text, photos, music, and data you upload remain yours. You grant us permission to store and display them as far as needed to run your invitation.
  • You warrant that you have the rights or permission for the content you upload, including photos, copyrighted music, and the personal data of other people such as family members and guests.
  • We may take down content or deactivate invitations that violate these terms or applicable law.

7. Prohibited use

You may not use our service to:

  • publish content that is unlawful, deceptive, discriminatory, pornographic, violent, or that infringes the rights of others;
  • send spam or misuse guest data;
  • copy, resell, or distribute our templates and designs without written permission;
  • disrupt, hack, or attempt to access our systems in unauthorized ways.

8. Intellectual property

The templates, designs, code, brand, and all materials in this service belong to us or our licensors. Buying a package gives you a right to use them to create and share your own invitation, not ownership of the templates.

9. Service availability

We strive to keep the service accessible but do not guarantee that it will always be free of interruptions. Access may be temporarily unavailable because of maintenance, system updates, or issues at third-party providers. We may also change or discontinue certain features as the service develops.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect losses arising from use of the service, including errors in invitation content you entered yourself, links shared with unintended parties, or disruptions beyond our control. Our liability in any case is limited to the value of the package you paid for.

11. Termination

You may stop using the service and request deletion of your account at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that violate these terms.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version is always available on this page together with the date it was last updated. By continuing to use the service after changes take effect, you are deemed to accept the new terms.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any dispute will first be resolved through amicable discussion. If the Indonesian and English versions differ, the Indonesian version prevails.
